Icon Collection thinks big and seeks 300 collaborators for the 2022 season

Professionalism, experience and a great desire to get involved in a new context for one’s personal and professional growth in a young and dynamic environment: these are the basic requirements of the figures that the Icon Collection is looking for today for two of the properties in its portfolio: The Sense Experience Resort in Follonica and the Park Hotel Marinetta in Marina di Bibbona. Various positions are open for the next 2022 season: from the hse director to the hse manager and the implementation manager, the latter figure dedicated to transferring the vision of the group product / service to the structures; but also chef de rang, kitchen and dining commis, restaurant hostesses, reception staff and others for a total of about 300 resources. The company will also set quality objectives upon the achievement of which an additional reward will be recognized, as already happened in 2021. Some of the fixed-term contracts will start from the beginning of the year, depending on the role covered within the accommodation facility , so as to allow guests to find a ready and welcoming structure.

This is why we are looking for numerous qualified professionals, including new ones, who will satisfy all the needs of the guest so that they can feel in the comfort of home but surrounded by luxury and lots of extra attention. It is therefore not the guest who has to adapt to the structure, but the structure that declines according to the guests “.

At the same time, the company looks to the future and to new projects such as the search for additional structures to be acquired in the coming months, especially in the main cities of art, as well as the renovation and repositioning of the Park Hotel Marinetta, which has recently been entrusted to studio Noah of Bolzano for the rebranding, with the aim of becoming one of the most important family resorts in Italy. Subsequently, the other structures will also be subject to major investments: the Antico Podere San Francesco in Vada, entrusted to the architect’s great professionalism and experience David Fantini, will see the construction of 11 new housing units and a bio-lake swimming pool for couples in addition to the existing one dedicated to families. It will therefore be subject to a strategic repositioning: from a farmhouse it will become a light resort. Also will be made of interventions also at Borgo Verde, which will be directed more towards families. Finally, the construction of a new spa and another 30 suites is planned at The Sense Experience Resort in the near future. The overall project is of unify the four structures under the The Sense Experience Collection brand.
